This Spanish bungalow (originally 1143 SF) is completely transformed into a two-story modernist gem that now includes a new roof deck and pool for enhanced outdoor living and recreation. The updated design uses intersecting boxes and a clean glass and white plaster palette creating light filled expansive spaces.
