Micelli/Lang Residence

Beverly Hills, CA

7000 SF

A substantial addition was made to the original 3300 square foot Spanish-revival home. The addition created a second floor master suite, three children’s bedrooms, three bathrooms, an upstairs laundry room and gym. The existing house was reconfigured to accommodate a much larger kitchen, breakfast area, mudroom, family room, office, living room, and pool bathroom. All ground floor rooms were designed to have adjacent outdoor spaces creating a direct relationship with the landscape. The project includes a 1100 square foot guest suite above the three-car garage.
