This existing 1940’s ranch-style house in Bel-Air has a backyard that overlooks the Santa Monica Mountains and a reservoir. By removing specific interior walls and reconfiguring the kitchen, dining, and entertainment areas, we repositioned the space to take advantage of the wonderful views. We extended the master bath into the garden creating a relaxing nature spa.
