This “phase 2” renovation of a West Loop loft unifies two separate units through the addition of a u-shaped stair. The new addition contains a home office for the client’s photography business, a guest suite and kitchen. Eight-foot tall resin panels feature one of the client’s own photos and provide privacy for the guest room while allowing light to pass through.
The renovated space also features a three-dimensional skylight and custom-designed cabinetry in the home office.
