new retail/office building is located on a busy commercial street. The
clean lines of glass and use color break up the monotony of the abutting storefronts.
The brightly colored overhang marks the entrance and gestures toward the pedestrians
and cars passing by. A clerestory allows natural light to fill the second-floor
office space.
