This furniture showroom in the Pacific Design Center is separated into two parts. The first task was to come up with a design that was strong enough to unite these two spaces and at the same time showcase the furniture. We worked in collaboration with Christian Schnyder who came up with a sequence of thick walls that create separate environments. As you walk through the space, new groups of furniture and objects are
revealed while maintaining their cohesion as a body of work. The thick walls have carved-out niches for showcasing precious art pieces.
