This project involved the renovation of a dimly-lit diner into a modern, fast-casual restaurant offering an elegant, environmentally friendly interior. Located in the retail hub of Beverly Hills along Wilshire Boulevard, the restaurant’s enlarged glass storefront offers views of its chic neighborhood and an abundance of natural light. The design of the space was inspired by the utilitarian chic and

natural simplicity of local California lettuce farms, with warm wood siding and bench seating, brushed aluminum, stainless steel and earthy-toned concrete floors. The floor-to-ceiling lettuce head graphics provide a punch of color to the space and give the customer the sense of walking through a lettuce patch.
