Originally a one-story ranch house, we designed a second floor addition to expand the living space and take advantage of the site’s amazing ocean view. We also opened up rooms on the first level to provide a more generous layout. The second story features a large, covered deck that provides an outdoor room for the master suite.
The three children’s rooms open up to a generous shared play area and an additional room that could be used as a gym or study space.
