Tim is founder of HomeLab and Sullivan Design Development, which focuses on residential and investment properties and design-build development projects. His firm collaborates with Scrafano Architects on select projects.
Tim has a Bachelor’s in finance from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a Master’s of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also has studied geology, biochemistry, and molecular biology. Previous work stints include Chevron, The Sierra Club, Genentech in the research and development biotech laboratory, Sterling Bay Companies and Norsman Architects.
Tim has been involved in real estate, design, and construction and has been directly involved in the building trades as a laborer, carpenter, framer, and steel crew member. His real estate experience includes managing and consulting on more than 1,500,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial properties.
He is passionate about architecture, construction, finance, real estate, traveling, cooking, bull fighting, hiking, surfing, skiing, science, economics, Italians, and classical and rock music. He played lacrosse in college and lived in Rome and Delft.
